• With cost revision of missing basic facilities and assigning additional responsibilities including teachers' hiring through Parent Teacher Councils, purchases of items like furniture, stationary, sports goods etc, ceiling of a PTC expenditure limit of Rs 3 million per annum has been enhanced up to Rs 5 million per annum.

• Approved drawing and designs alongwith specification of afore mentioned facilities as well as PTC Manual shall be strictly adhered to, while undertaking the above works in all public sector schools of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These rates shall be applicable on new works only under the Conditional Grant Programme w.e.f. 01-07-2022
